A Catalyst

Love is a shining star in the sky,

Without which the sky appears to be in distress.

Love is a bee humming around the nectar of a flower.

Without which the flower’s effort seems meaningless.

Love is the existence of music in the song,

Without which man would live under a great stress.

Love is in a mother’s effort in building a home,

Without her, it would be in a great mess.

Love is in the father’s pain to subtract his loss and add his gain,

Without him, his family’s wishes would be oppressed.

Love is in a teacher’s yearn to make his student learn and earn,

Without him, there would be no progress.

Love is a catalyst in the existence of this universe,

Hence, without it, there would be no process.

  1. Wow.. Such a beautiful and ‘lovely’ post on love. I liked the way you described love in father, mother, teacher…

    And this lines are awesome..
Love is a catalyst in the existence of this universe,
Hence, without it, there would be no process.

    Have a good time. 🙂

  2. This is my absolute favorite one that you’ve done so far!

    Phenomenal job on this!

This is so beautiful I will re-read it to capture all the true meaning of your words.

Your words remind me of Khalil Gibran in The Prophet.
A dear friend named Toni Olson gave me the book for Christmas with one of her paintings. Two of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever been given. I would love to reprint it and create a photo to go with it. Then we could do one TOGETHER. Would you like that?

  3. Great Work. But are you really sure about that love is the catalyst of existence in the universe especially when “you use a word “existence” that is creation and a troubling of “Daisen Term”?

      1. Great. But nature works accordingly to the Mathematical Laws, yes poets and writers mention this term a “love” but nature is “Universal facts” and that are present in “Quantum World”. Sorry, my notion is not opposes your thoughts but “Where there is nature there exists uncertainties and where there presents uncertainties there exists nothing that is Mathematical code of nature as everyone use the word “love”.
