Spread Your Wings

Pleased I called up my mother,

To inform her about the offer,

I received from two of the giant corporations,

Her voice suddenly seemed cheerful as we laughed in exhilaration.

It was my biggest achievement about which we both had dreamt of since I was small,

I squealed in an excited shrill voice, “Mother how do I make a call?”

As both provided similar opportunities but each had an offer I couldn’t ignore,

As each lent their own gigantic wings which would help me to soar high like never before.
